This trip is a private, and customized
safari arranged and escorted by Destined To Travel's Director, Kay
Trotman. The only thing you have to do is pack and prepare as
necessary. Once you arrive, your adventure begins.
When traveling to Africa it is my policy to have a small group,
generally a maximum of twelve, to ensure your experience is comfortable
and pleasurable. Don't be fooled, there are a variety of
trips available on the internet at very inexpensive prices, but what
you are getting does not compare with any trip that is sponsored and
escorted by Destined To Travel. I will be happy to provide references
if you have any hesitation or reservation, whatsoever. Please feel free
to ask as many questions as you may have. I generally scout
out different regions, activities and accommodations before booking any
Africa tours and I have escorted many groups to this region, as well as
other regions of Africa. On average I am
in Africa 3-5 times per year, have worked with suppliers in these
areas, and visited sites many times, so I am quite familiar. In fact, I
am heading to Africa March 10 to scout out properties for a 2012 trip
to occur a few months after this one. A minimum of six
traveling passengers is required for this tour to operate and to secure
this booking. Payment Plans are gladly accepted!
June 30 will be the absolute latest deadline
to deposit on this trip. If six passengers have not confirmed
with deposits, you will have the option of canceling with a 100% refund
or being booked individually which I will arrange and discuss with
you.
If
six passengers are traveling, the trip will be booked with the
following conditions:
1. Insurance information will be provided & payment
required by July 30, 2011
2. Insurance cost is based on age and total cost of the trip
to be quoted
3. Severe Cancellation penalties will apply for any
cancellations after July 30
2011 Cancellation policy will be provded
4. Your deposit is non-refundable once booked and
secured
5. The cost paid for insurance is NOT refundable under any
circumstances
6. Required forms/documentation must be on file prior to July
30, 2011
7. Passport must be valid for six months following your
RETURN
8. Should you decide on the recommended shots, you must
allow specified
time
